Due to this being her first run back after 153 days, we expected she would come on a lot for this first run. So it was a big surprise to all concerned when she hit the front off the final bend and battled the runner up all the way down the home straight, to win by a length. That day Hiconic showed us all the mare we all remember fondly from 2020, she is back.
